Hi there! My name is Tinesha Richardson-Trump and I am a certified personal trainer with 8 years of experience in the fitness industry.
My passion for fitness started while helping a friend rehab from a motorcycle accident, and I have dedicated my career to helping others achieve their fitness goals and live healthier, happier lives.
As a personal trainer, I believe that fitness is not a one-size-fits-all approach.
